About this site: Grade-school kids can learn all about how to eat healthfully at this fun, hands-on site. Separate sections encourage parents and teachers to help children understand the benefits of good nutrition with interactive quizzes and games on the food pyramid and after-school snacks. (http://www.kidfood.org/)  Pluses: Lots of interactive features and colorful graphics will keep kids interested.  Minuses: Content is thin in section for parents.  Best feature: The Garden Center tells kids how they can grow their own vegetables with easy-to-follow instructions. |
